The world of molecular modeling and visualization have never failed to amaze us with attractive representation and insights of DNA, proteins and small molecules at the atomic level. With the advancement of computers and computing power as well as the rapid development in the internet era, many discoveries has been made through computer modeling of DNA, proteins, and small molecules. The advancement of digital technology have made possible the discovery and the development of drugs to combat and cure diseases in the past decades. Many researchers used molecular modeling techniques to assist and speed up the discovery and production of potential drugs which have never been possible before the computing and internet era. We hope to be able to contribute a tiny portion of our work to the public to further visualize the potential of certain small molecules with therapeutic properties and their molecular interactions with proteins of interest by using molecular modeling techniques.
